New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter ended his 20-year career Sunday at Fenway Park. 
The Captain was lifted for a pinch runner following an infield single in the third inning and walked off the field at Fenway Park to a standing ovation.

Boston Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz and Jeter share a moment after the right-hander allowed an RBI Single to Jeter. Buchholz spoke prior to the game of the importance of pitching in his idol's final game.
